The Organizational Healing Institute™ was founded on a simple but profound truth: people do not experience organizations through policies, strategies, or organizational charts. They experience them through the systems, behaviors, decisions, and leadership structures that shape their daily lives.
For decades, organizations have struggled to explain why cultures deteriorate, why trust erodes, why talented people disengage, and why dysfunction persists despite well-intended solutions. Leaders were managing symptoms while the underlying conditions remained unseen.
After a distinguished executive career in human resources and organizational leadership, Lynnette Appling recognized that workplaces were producing complexity, conflict, and organizational harm faster than leaders could accurately interpret them. Existing frameworks could describe problems, but few could diagnose the structural conditions creating them. A new discipline was needed.
From that realization, Organizational Healing™ was born.
