About The Founders

Lynnette Appling, MSHRM, PHR, OHD, MComp

Lynnette Appling is the founder of The Organizational Healing Institute™ and the creator of Organizational Healing™, a structural discipline that transforms how leaders diagnose harm, correct misalignment, and restore organizational systems to health. Her work establishes Organizational Healing™ as a formal doctrine—complete with its own language, methodology, and governance frameworks—designed to bring clarity, stability, and truth to modern organizations.

Lynnette’s academic foundation reflects both rigor and mastery. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with Highest Distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, grounding her work in disciplined study and executive‑level understanding of human systems. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has earned advanced credentials in organizational development, compensation, ethics, leadership, conflict management, employee grievances, and training. These include: Organizational Healing Doctor (OHD), Mastering Compensation, Management & Finance, Strategic HR Management, Organizational Leadership, Employee Compensation, Organizational Ethics, Employee Grievances & Discipline, and Training & Development.

Rather than functioning as a list, these credentials form the academic and structural backbone of the discipline she created. They represent years of study, practice, and executive application—each contributing to the diagnostic lens that later became the foundation of The A Model™, the Institute’s core framework for identifying organizational harm and guiding leaders toward restoration.

Across her executive career, Lynnette served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, stewarding multimillion‑dollar human‑capital portfolios and guiding organizations through structural crises, cultural breakdowns, and leadership transformation. Her work in the field revealed a truth that shaped her doctrine: organizational harm is not random—it is structural. This insight became the genesis of Organizational Healing™, a discipline that teaches leaders how to see, interpret, and govern their systems with clarity and proportion.

As founder, Lynnette is both architect and teacher. She developed the Institute’s certification pathways, master classes, doctrinal language, diagnostic methodology, and structural conditions that define the discipline. Her teaching equips leaders to interpret organizational dysfunction with precision, apply proportionate accountability, and intervene with structural integrity. Through her writing, consulting, and speaking engagements, she continues to advance the discipline and prepare practitioners to carry it forward with fidelity.

Today, Lynnette stands at the forefront of a new movement in organizational leadership. As she transitions into full‑time stewardship of The Organizational Healing Institute™, she remains committed to building a global community of leaders and practitioners who are ready to embrace a new structural worldview—one rooted in truth, clarity, and restoration.
