Organizational Healing Senior Practitioner™ - (OHSP)

  • 49 Steps

About

The Organizational Healing Senior Practitioner™ (OHSP) credential is the Organizational Healing Institute™'s advanced leadership track. Building upon the full Foundations curriculum (OHP), OHSP prepares practitioners to diagnose and interpret organizational conditions at a structural and executive level. This credential develops the practitioner’s ability to read patterns across people, practices, leadership, incentives, and systems — and to understand how these conditions reinforce or interrupt harm. Where OHP establishes the core doctrine, language practices, and proportionate response architecture, OHSP expands the practitioner’s capacity to lead within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Practitioners learn to identify reinforcing loops, distinguish acute harm from chronic system pressure, and gather multi‑source evidence without collapsing into personal narratives or reenactment. OHSP introduces advanced modules in systems diagnosis, pattern mapping, and organizational conditions analysis, enabling practitioners to see beyond individual incidents and interpret the deeper structures shaping behavior. Graduates of OHSP demonstrate disciplined, ethical, and structurally mature reasoning. They are equipped to support leaders, teams, and organizations through conditions that require more than interpersonal repair — conditions that demand a systems‑level reading and a healing‑centered response. The OHSP credential signifies readiness to practice Organizational Healing™ at an elevated level, with the clarity, rigor, and responsibility required for complex organizational environments.
