The Organizational Healing Consultant™ (OHC) credential certifies practitioners who can apply the Organizational Healing™ discipline in real organizational environments. OHC represents the consulting tier of the Institute’s credential pathway and prepares practitioners to guide leaders, teams, and systems through structural diagnosis and healing. OHC practitioners demonstrate the ability to translate doctrine into applied organizational practice. They identify conditions, map pressure, recognize reenactment patterns, and interpret stabilizers that preserve dysfunction. Consultants at this level produce diagnostic architecture, support alignment, and help organizations understand how breakdown and healing occur within their systems. The OHC credential equips practitioners to conduct Organizational Healing™ assessments, facilitate structural conversations, and advise leaders using neutral, pressure‑aware language. Consultants learn to identify loop precursors, interpret contradictions as structural evidence, and guide organizations toward stabilization and restoration. OHC is ideal for consultants, coaches, HR and OD professionals, and leaders who want to apply Organizational Healing™ at a professional consulting level. It is the third tier in the credential pathway and requires completion of OHP and OHSP.
