The Organizational Healing Executive™ (OHE) credential is the senior governance designation within the Organizational Healing Institute™. It is designed for leaders who shape organizational conditions and hold authority that influences culture, structure, and systemic behavior. OHE certifies that an executive understands Organizational Healing™ at a strategic and structural level and can steward the discipline across an enterprise or division. OHE is not a practitioner or consultant credential. Executives do not diagnose conditions or facilitate repair. Their role is governance: establishing clarity, aligning authority and responsibility, resourcing practitioner and consultant work, modeling structural commitments, and protecting doctrinal integrity. OHE prepares leaders to understand how conditions, pressures, stabilizers, and organizational memory operate at scale and how leadership decisions reinforce or destabilize those structures. Ideal candidates include CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR/OD/DEI executives, Executive Directors, Division Presidents, Founders, CEOs, and senior consultants who advise leadership teams. These leaders influence organizational direction and must govern Organizational Healing™ responsibly. The OHE credential confirms that a leader can steward Organizational Healing™, govern conditions that support healing‑centered work, model alignment and clarity, and sustain the discipline within their organization.
