Hosted in an intimate cohort setting, this certification experience provides direct instruction from Lynnette Appling, Founder & CEO of the Organizational Healing Institute, and equips participants with the foundational principles, frameworks, and tools required to serve as an Organizational Healing Practitioner (OHP).
About the Certification
The Organizational Healing Practitioner (OHP) Certification prepares participants to identify organizational dysfunction, assess underlying systemic challenges, facilitate restoration, and promote sustainable organizational health.
Grounded in the principles of Organizational Healing and the concept of Apocatastasis, participants will learn how to recognize fractured structures, rebuild trust, restore alignment, and support transformational change within organizations, ministries, nonprofits, and businesses.
