The OHE™ VIP Master Class delivers executive-level doctrine for leaders responsible for organizational culture, governance, and structural accountability. Participants receive 16 hours of founder-led instruction, premium materials, and extended Q&A in a private, immersive environment. Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all speaking engagements, workshops, Master Classes, corporate sessions, and live instructional events delivered by The Organizational Healing Institute™ (“the Institute”). By booking or attending any event, all clients, organizations, and participants agree to the terms outlined herein. This policy applies to: Founder speaking engagements Corporate workshops Organizational Healing™ Master Classes Private or public events Virtual or in‑person sessions 2. Payment & Deposit Policy 2.1 Deposit Requirement All speaking engagements, workshops, and Master Classes require a non‑refundable deposit to secure the date. Standard deposit structure: $500 non‑refundable deposit for Master Classes 50% non‑refundable deposit for corporate workshops or speaking engagements The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Dates are not held without deposit payment. 2.2 Remaining Balance The remaining balance is due: At the event, before the session begins or No later than 7 days prior for corporate engagements Payment confirms acceptance of all Institute policies. 2.3 Non‑Refundable Payments All payments — including deposits, balances, and fees — are final and non‑refundable. 2.4 Late Payments If payment is not received by the required date: The event may be canceled The deposit is forfeited The client may be required to rebook at current pricing 3. Attendance Policy 3.1 Participant Attendance Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be denied entry without refund. 3.2 No‑Shows No‑shows for any event, workshop, or Master Class are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. 3.3 Seat Transfer Seats cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from the Institute. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 4.1 Client Cancellations If the client cancels: More than 72 hours before the event: deposit is forfeited; balance is waived Less than 72 hours before the event: full payment is due No‑shows: full payment is due 4.2 Rescheduling Clients may request one reschedule if the request is made more than 72 hours before the event. Rescheduling is subject to: Institute availability Current pricing Written approval 4.3 Institute Cancellations If the Institute must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances: The event will be rescheduled No refunds will be issued The Institute is not liable for client travel, lodging or related expenses.
